AMRAP – As Many Rounds As Possible
WOD – Workout Of the Day
For Time – Means you complete the rounds prescribed as quickly as possible
KB – Kettlebells
Push-pulls – A type of workout where your are in a pushup position with dumbbells in each hand (spread feet out wide for balance) then you pull one of the dumbbells vertical, then the other, then you do a pushup.
